What we ask about your Nissan
Requirements vary by model, year and engine, so a quote that ignores those is a guess. These are the things that actually change the figure.
Which transmission it has
Many Nissans use a continuously variable transmission, which has its own specified fluid and its own place in the service schedule. A manual or a conventional automatic does not. We confirm which before quoting rather than after.
Petrol or diesel, and what it tows
A Navara that tows is on a different duty column to one that commutes, and a diesel adds the exhaust filter question. Tell us how the vehicle is actually used.
The model and build year
Nissan has carried model names across quite different vehicles. The build plate settles which generation we are quoting, and with it the parts.
The logbook
Bring it if you have it. We follow the schedule in it, stamp it, and keep our own record of the work and the findings.

Nissans here split fairly cleanly between working utes and family vehicles, and the servicing conversation is different for each. For the utes it is duty and towing; for the rest it is usually the transmission.
We are independent. No dealership, no authorisation from Nissan, no affiliation. Just the equipment and the accounts to do the work properly and write it down.
The schedule comes out of your own book and varies with model, engine and use. We will not print an interval here that would be wrong for most of the people reading it.

Do you service the CVT?
Where your schedule specifies it, yes, with the fluid the manufacturer specifies. If you are not certain your car has one, give us the model and build year and we will confirm before quoting.
Can you service a Navara that tows heavily?
Yes, and tell us that it tows. Most schedules have a heavier-duty column for towing, loads and dust, and quoting the light-duty column on a working vehicle would be cheap and wrong.
Will it affect my warranty?
