What we ask about your Audi
Requirements vary by model, year and engine, so a quote that ignores those is a guess. These are the things that actually change the figure.
The engine code
Audi specifies oil to a particular standard, and on many of its engines the correct one differs between variants that look identical on a spec sheet. Your engine decides it, not the model name. The code is on the build sticker, usually in the service book or the spare wheel well. Send it and the quote is right first time.
Which service regime it is on
Some cars are set for a fixed schedule and some for a longer condition-based one, and the oil specification differs between them. Which one applies was set at delivery. We read it rather than assume.
Whether it is quattro
All-wheel drive changes tyre advice in particular: the four tyres want to be close in rolling circumference, so replacing one on a car with three worn ones is not always the cheap answer it looks like. We measure before advising.
The transmission
A dual-clutch transmission has a specified fluid service in the schedule. Others do not. We confirm which you have before quoting.

Audi shares a great deal of engineering with Volkswagen, and it shares the same failure mode when serviced carelessly: the wrong oil, because someone quoted from the model name instead of the engine code.
We ask for the code, buy to the specification and record what went in. That record is what protects the service history.
We are independent and Audi has not authorised this workshop. The work still meets the manufacturer's requirements, and we document that it did.

Where is the engine code?
Usually on a sticker in the service booklet and often on a label in the spare wheel well, as a short letter-and-number code. If you cannot find it, send the rego, model and build year and we will identify it before quoting.
Can I replace one tyre on a quattro?
Sometimes. On an all-wheel-drive car the four tyres should be close in rolling circumference, so it depends on the tread left on the other three. We measure all four and tell you honestly, including when one tyre is genuinely enough.
Does servicing here affect the warranty?
No. Per the ACCC, independent servicing does not affect your consumer guarantees, and manufacturer warranties generally do not require dealer servicing where the manufacturer's standards are met. We meet the schedule and specification, and record it.
