The ACCC advises that servicing by an independent repairer does not affect your consumer guarantees, and that manufacturer warranties generally do not require dealer servicing where the work meets the manufacturer's standards. We follow the schedule, use appropriate parts, stamp the logbook and keep the records.

What is the difference between a car service and logbook?
A car service is oil, filter and a safety report. A logbook service does whatever your manufacturer specifies at that interval, which is usually more and varies by make and kilometres.
How often should I service?
Follow the handbook, usually every ten to fifteen thousand kilometres or every twelve months, whichever comes first. Short city trips are harder on oil than highway kilometres.
Do you work on European and Japanese imports?
Yes. Tell us the make, model and year when you ring and we will confirm we have the coverage and the specification for that vehicle before you drive over.
