Kia servicing and repairs
Servicing and repairs for Kia. Long factory warranties come with conditions, and following the schedule is one of them.
- Car service from $149, oil and filter included
- Logbook stamped, records kept
- Free diagnosis, written quote first
Before we quote
What we ask about your Kia
Requirements vary by model, year and engine, so a quote that ignores those is a guess. These are the things that actually change the figure.
What warranty the car still carries
Kia has sold cars with unusually long factory warranties, and the length depends on when and how the car was bought. The warranty does not require dealer servicing, but it does require the schedule to be followed and documented. That documentation is the part we take seriously.
The model, year and engine
Kia shares engineering with Hyundai across parts of its range, and the variant decides the oil specification, the filter and the price. The build plate settles it where the model year is unclear.
Petrol, diesel or hybrid
Each is a different service. A diesel adds the exhaust filter conversation, a hybrid adds high-voltage cooling. Tell us which and we will quote the right job.
The logbook
Bring it. We stamp it, record the work and keep our own copy, which is what stands up if the service history is ever questioned.

Servicing here does not affect your consumer guarantees, and manufacturer warranties generally do not require dealer servicing where the work meets the manufacturer's standards. We follow the schedule, use appropriate parts, stamp the logbook and keep the records.
Prices include GST · Price terms
Kias arrive here often still inside a long factory warranty, and the question owners ask first is always whether servicing outside a dealership will cost them that warranty. It will not, provided the schedule is followed with appropriate parts and the work is documented.
We are not a Kia dealer and Kia has not authorised this workshop. We are independent, which is precisely why the documentation matters: our records are the evidence.
The schedule itself is in your car's book and varies by model, engine and duty. We follow that rather than an average.
Straight answers
Kia questions
Does servicing here void my Kia's long warranty?
No. Per the ACCC, using an independent repairer does not affect your consumer guarantees, and manufacturer warranties generally do not require dealer servicing where the work meets the manufacturer's standards. We follow the schedule, use appropriate parts and document it, which is what protects you.
Do you keep records I can show Kia?
Yes. The logbook is stamped, and we keep our own record of what was done, what was fitted and what we found. Ask and we will give you a copy.
Can you quote before I commit?
Always. Send the rego, model and build year and we come back with a figure. Nothing is done without you approving it first.
