Priority booking
for vehicles that earn
Reserved early slots, planned servicing, one point of contact.
What an account gets you
A vehicle in a workshop is a vehicle not working.
- Reserved early drop-off for account vehicles, before we open
- Scheduled servicing mapped by kilometres, not by breakdown
- Monthly invoicing on approved accounts
Why the early slot matters
For a trade or delivery vehicle, the cost of a service is rarely the service. It's the day. A car that goes in at nine and comes out at four has cost a shift on top of the invoice.
Account vehicles drop off before we open, by arrangement, and go straight onto a hoist rather than into a queue. Where the work is planned in advance, a logbook interval, an annual inspection, the parts are on the shelf before the car arrives, so the bay time is the job and nothing else.
How an account works
Tell us the vehicles
Rego, make, model and current kilometres for each one. Two vehicles is enough to be worth scheduling.
We map the schedule
Logbook intervals and annual inspections plotted by kilometres and due dates, so the work is booked before it becomes urgent.
One point of contact
You speak to the person working on the vehicles. Approvals by phone, findings photographed, nothing added without a yes.
Monthly invoicing
On approved accounts, one invoice covering the month instead of a payment per visit.
What it costs
Rego inspections are the ones fleet vehicles need on a schedule, so they are below. Account vehicles are charged at the same published prices as everyone else: the account changes the scheduling and the invoicing, not the rate.
| Service | Price | Includes | Action |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pink slip, eSafety inspection | $52 | eSafety inspection, lodged electronically with Transport for NSW. | Book this |
| Blue slip, AUVIS inspection | $82 | AUVIS inspection with identity check, valid 42 days. | Book this |
| Imported vehicle blue slip | Quoted | AUVIS inspection for an imported vehicle, identity check included. | Get a quote |
| Vehicle health check | $99 | Braking, tyres, fluids and suspension checked and written up. | Book this |
All prices include GST. Fail the inspection on work we do? You get an itemised written quote on the spot, and where parts are available the certificate is issued the same day.
We're at 7 Daking Street, North Parramatta. See the suburbs we serve, with the drive from each.
Accounts, scheduling and coverage
What if you find something extra mid-job?
You get a phone call with the item, the cost and our view on whether it needs doing now. Nothing is added without your yes.
How much does a diagnostic cost?
$49. That covers a fault-code scan and a road test, and it is charged whether or not you go ahead. Any repair is quoted in writing before work starts.
Do you work on European and JDM vehicles?
Yes. Tell us the make, model and year when you call and we'll confirm we have the coverage for that vehicle before you drive over.
Tell us about the fleet
Business, vehicles, what they need. We ring back to talk through scheduling and account terms.
