What moves the figure
- How much oil your engine takes
- The starting price includes up to 4 litres. Your engine always gets its full fill. Any extra oil is priced for your car.
- The oil your engine needs
- We use the specification your manufacturer sets, from Liqui Moly, Penrite, Motul, Castrol, Mobil and Valvoline. The grade and the brand change the figure.
- Your oil filter
- A less common or dearer filter changes the figure. If a part has to be ordered in, we tell you when we call.
- What your schedule calls for
- Other filters, spark plugs or fluids due at this service are extra items, priced before we start.
Your final price depends on your vehicle's oil quantity, required oil specification, filter and scheduled work. We confirm the total before you commit.
Anything we find during the service is a separate job. We call you with a written figure and nothing extra is done without your OK.

Is a basic service the same as a logbook service?
No. A basic service is an oil and filter change, an air filter clean and a diagnostic scan. A logbook service follows your manufacturer's schedule at that interval, which can add other filters, plugs and fluids. It starts from $169 and is priced for your car.

We tell you what we found and what it would cost. Nothing extra is done without your OK.
Does sending the form book a time?
No. It sends a request. We call you back to confirm the price and a time, and only then is the car booked in.
