What we ask about your Mitsubishi
Requirements vary by model, year and engine, so a quote that ignores those is a guess. These are the things that actually change the figure.
Whether it is a plug-in hybrid
Mitsubishi sells plug-in hybrid versions of some models, and they are genuinely different vehicles to service. There is a high-voltage battery, its own cooling, and a petrol engine that may run far less than the odometer suggests. Tell us and we will quote the right work.
Petrol, diesel or PHEV
A Triton diesel and an Outlander PHEV share almost nothing relevant. The model name alone is not enough; we need the drivetrain.
How it is used
Towing, loads and a lot of short trips all change what the schedule calls for, and most books have a heavier-duty column for exactly that. If the vehicle works, tell us.
The logbook and the odometer
On a plug-in especially, distance travelled and engine hours can diverge a long way. The book plus the odometer, and a word about how you charge it, tells us what is actually due.

Mitsubishi's range here runs from working utes to plug-in family SUVs, and the two ends need different conversations. The plug-in in particular confuses schedules, because a car that mostly runs on battery still ages its fluids by time rather than by distance.
We are independent, not a Mitsubishi dealer, and not authorised by them. We follow the manufacturer's schedule, use appropriate parts and document what we did.

Do you service plug-in hybrids?
We service the conventional side of them, and we check what the schedule asks us to check. Work inside the high-voltage system itself is not something we will attempt, and we will tell you that plainly rather than take the job and improvise.
My PHEV barely uses the engine. Does it still need servicing?
Yes. Oil and fluids age by time as well as by distance, and a car that mostly runs on battery can reach a time-based service well before a distance-based one. Your book will say; send us the details and we will tell you which applies.
Will servicing here affect the warranty?
No. The ACCC advises that independent servicing does not affect your consumer guarantees, and manufacturer warranties generally do not require dealer servicing where the work meets the manufacturer's standards. The schedule still has to be followed with appropriate parts, which is what we do and record.
